THIS SATURDAY’s event instructions
We’re looking forward to welcoming all our 2025/26 Season Ticket Holders to Deeside Ice Rink this Saturday for our exclusive pre-season event!
Here’s everything you need to know to ensure the event runs smoothly:
🕓 Arrival Time:
Please arrive at 16:15 and wait at the check-in desk in the tunnel.
🧾 Check-In Process:
You’ll be asked to sign in and show any supporting documentation if you are a concession season ticket holder.
This includes:
- Valid photo ID for age-based concessions (e.g. driver’s licence, passport)
- Any other relevant proof for disability or student concessions.
🎟️ Season Ticket Seat Stickers:
Once you’ve checked in, you will receive your seat sticker to mark your allocated seat for the season.
Please note:
- You cannot claim a seat that already has a season ticket sticker from last season.
- Stickers are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless previously reserved.
📸 Team Photo on the Ice:
We’re inviting all season ticket holders to take part in a group photo with the team on the ice. However:
- Please do not enter the ice until you are invited to do so by a member of the Dragons volunteer team.
- Entry onto the ice is at your own risk – appropriate footwear is advised and no running or rough play.
🚫 Important Reminders:
- This event is exclusively for season ticket holders – no guests or walk-ins permitted.
- Respect other fans and staff – anyone behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave.
- No early arrivals on the ice – please follow all instructions from Dragons staff and volunteers.
