From a Wooden Shack to a Deeside Success Story
The Pizza Guys’ journey began in Buckley, serving fresh, stone-baked sourdough pizzas made from locally sourced ingredients, all while keeping prices fair for their customers.
For two years, they operated from a tiny self-built wooden pizza shack behind the Blue Anchor Pub. Word quickly spread about the quality and taste of their pizzas, and before long, demand far outgrew their humble space.
With no room for expansion, the team decided to take a bold step – moving to Deeside. Here, they built their dream pizza kitchen from scratch, using everything they had learned in Buckley to perfect their new home. The move also brought a fresh identity, rebranding as The Pizza Guys Deeside – and they haven’t looked back since.
