The Aspray Chester Deeside Dragons are excited to announce that they will be taking part in the M56 Cup this season, along with the Widnes Wild and the Blackburn Hawks. We thought that four home derbys a season just wasn’t enough, so we’ve added another home game against each team, and will return the favour, giving Dragons fans six games against each local rival!
Last season some of the most exciting games of the year came against Widnes and Blackburn, including a comeback from 6-1 down in the first period to win 8-6, and multiple comeback wins against the Widnes Wild, so we’re pretty sure adding more games against our favourite opponents is what the fans deserve!
