A Guide for a safe Ice Hockey experience

Game Day Terms & Conditions

Welcome, Dragons fans! We are delighted to have you with us for another thrilling season of Aspray Chester Deeside Dragons ice hockey. By joining us at the rink, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Whether it’s your first game or you’re a longtime supporter, these guidelines will help make your visit memorable. Let’s get started!

Arrival Time: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the puck drops. This gives you plenty of time to park, find your seats, and pick up any snacks or merchandise.

Appropriate Dress: The rink can be cold, so please dress warmly. We encourage you to don your Dragons gear and show your team spirit!

Respect for All: To ensure a positive atmosphere, maintain respectful noise levels, avoid offensive language, and consider those around you when cheering.

Loud Zone: For those who love to cheer at the top of their lungs, we have a dedicated “Loud Zone.” Feel free to let loose and support our team with all your energy in this designated area!

Safety First: Given the fast pace of ice hockey, pucks and sticks may leave the playing area. Always stay alert and never try to catch a flying puck with your hands; instead, deflect it safely away.

Alcohol Consumption: You are welcome to enjoy alcoholic beverages in moderation. Please drink responsibly to avoid disruptive behavior.

Aisle Safety: Keep aisles clear during the game for everyone’s safety. If you need to leave your seat, do so during a break and return promptly.

Children: If attending with children, supervise them closely to ensure they remain seated and do not run around.

Sportsmanship: Show support for good play, regardless of the team, and avoid negative comments about players and other fans.

Litter: Help us keep the rink clean by disposing of your trash properly. If you see litter, please pick it up.

Arena Rules: Familiarise yourself with and adhere to specific arena guidelines, which may cover permissible items, designated smoking areas, and other important details.

By attending a game at the den, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We’re excited to share this season with you—thank you for your cooperation, and go Dragons!
