Deeside Dragons 2024/25 Season Tickets Terms & Conditions
General Terms
The 2024/25 season ticket covers entry to 18 home league games only.
Season ticket holders will receive a 20% discount on match night tickets for cup games, challenge games, and playoff games held at The Den. The 20% discount does not apply to Pre-Season games.
Early Bird Offer
To qualify for the early bird pricing, season tickets must be purchased in full by July 20th, 2024.
The early bird offer provides a reduced price for season tickets compared to the regular season ticket price.
Easy Pay Option
The Easy Pay option allows the season ticket cost to be split into three equal payments.
To qualify for the early bird pricing using the Easy Pay option, the first payment must be made by July 14th, 2024.
Subsequent payments must be made according to the schedule provided at the time of purchase.
Securing Your Favorite Seat
When purchasing a season ticket, holders can choose and secure their preferred seat for the entire 2024/25 season.
Seat selection is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional Games and Discounts
Season ticket holders must purchase tickets for any additional games, including challenge games, pre-season games, cup games, and playoff games, which are not covered by the season ticket.
A 20% discount on match night tickets for cup games, challenge games, and playoff games at The Den is available exclusively to season ticket holders.
Payment and Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable except in the case of a canceled season or if the club ceases operations.
In the event of a canceled game, season ticket holders will be notified of rescheduled dates or alternative arrangements.
If a game cannot be fulfilled, it will be offered as a rearranged game. If the game fails to be rearranged, the season ticket holder will receive free entry to a cup or playoff game and will still receive a total of 18 games on the season ticket.
Usage and Conduct
Season tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the named holder.
Misuse of the season ticket, including attempting to sell or transfer it, may result in the ticket being revoked without a refund.
Season ticket holders must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including codes of conduct and safety guidelines.
Changes and Updates
The Deeside Dragons reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, pricing, and terms of the season ticket offer. Any significant changes will be communicated to season ticket holders in a timely manner.
