The Aspray Chester Deeside Dragons are thrilled to announce the return of forward Alex Parry for the upcoming season! The Parry family has been a Dragons staple since 1978, as first Steve Parry and then his son Alex took the ice in the red and green jerseys. Last season, Alex scored 14 goals and 19 assists for 33 points in 30 games, and after welcoming his biggest little fan into the world this off-season, we think there are going to be more than a few goals for Indie-Beaux this upcoming season!
“It’s great to be back for another year at the Den! Last year we had a really rough start to the season and it didn’t let us shine as much as we could. This year with the great coaching staff around us and the strength we have on the team, with a good pre-season and proper preparation I can’t see why we couldn’t be challenging for the league this year!
Really looking forward it, especially after gaining my very own super fan, Indie 🎀!” Alex Parry
“Alex had a terrific season last year and stepped up to the plate. He contributed on the PP but was also on the PK playing a vital role and even scoring a few game winning goals. Should be another good year for Alex, especially with little Indie watching in support.” Assistant Captain Andy McKinney
