Dragons Season Pass – Terms & Conditions:

Valid Period: The Dragons Season Pass is valid for the 2023/24 ice hockey season, which includes all home league games, 2 M56 home cup games and 1 playoff home leg* during the specified period.

Non-Transferable: The Dragons Season Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the named pass holder. Pass sharing or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in the revocation of the pass without a refund.

Limited Availability: The offer is subject to availability, and the number of Dragons Season Passes may be limited. The club reserves the right to close the offer once the maximum capacity is reached.

 Pass Collection: Pass holders are required to collect their physical Dragons Season Pass before the first home game of the season. Valid identification and proof of purchase may be required for collection.

Refund Policy: Dragons Season Passes are non-refundable, except as required by law. The club will not provide refunds or exchanges for unused or missed games, except in cases of match cancellations. (Where a game is not rescheduled. Refund will be for the cost of the season ticket divided by 19)

Conduct & Etiquette: Pass holders are expected to adhere to the club’s code of conduct and respect other fans, players, and staff during games. Any disruptive behaviour may lead to ejection from the venue and potential loss of the pass privileges.

Changes to Schedule: The club reserves the right to change the schedule of games or modify the event lineup during the season. Pass holders will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Assumption of Risk: Attendees at ice hockey games assume all risks and dangers incidental to the sport of ice hockey, including but not limited to injuries from pucks, sticks, or other objects.

Release of Liability: By purchasing the Dragons Season Pass, pass holders agree to release the ice hockey club, its affiliates, and partners from any liability for personal injuries or property damage incurred during the games or related events.

Right to Amend: The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the club’s official website or other appropriate channels.
